We (The Square Root team members) solemnly swear, that the following criteria must be fulfilled for our project and team to be successful:

1. By end of summer we should have a tool that implements the 'must have' requirements and passes acceptance tests
2. In every phase we reflect on the techniques we applied in a postmortem to understand what went well or not in using them
3. Our team provides opportunities in every semester to help meet (enable) team-members pursue documented personal goals.
4. We measure our effectiveness in working together as a team and achieve a 'good' rating on average throughout the year using the team assessment survey.
