Use Cases

Use Case id's are based on steps. For example, UC-1 is Agree on Definitions. All extending use case ID's will based on use case they extend. So for example UC-11 is the first extending use case. Scenario id's should start with an S and are based on the use case they implement. This means S-10 is the first scenario for UC1.
