The Team

Team Alchemy is a MSE studio project team at Carnegie Mellon University. All members are full-time students at the univerisity serving as indentured servants until graduation.

	Ryan Miller Ryan has worked as a software engineer with Northrop Grumman for the past two years. He is currently pursuing his Master's of Software Engineering from CMU full-time. His work experience spans all phases of the development life-cycle on a large defense project. This includes designing, testing, and integrating complex data-processing algorithms and services in a multiple-language, multi-platform environment with complex team dynamics. He also brings experience in customer relations and support to the team. Ryan received his Bachelors of Mathematics and Computer Science from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, CO.
	Ramesh Seela Ramesh is a full-time graduate student pursuing Masters in Business administration and Software Engineering. He brings over nine years of leadership experience in managing global teams. Prior to joining Tepper School of Business, Ramesh played a key role in incubation, development and delivery of business applications at Hewlett-Packard and Oracle Corporation. At his previous job, he specialized in Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing and Financials family of applications. Ramesh holds a Bachelors of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal.
	Ali Shojaeddini Ali is a Computer Science graduate who is currently pursuing the Master of Software Engineering program at Carnegie Mellon University. He has five years of experience in software development and design. During this time he was involved in a number of web-based and desktop content management systems and business applications.
	Derek Chang Derek is a full-time MSE student at CMU. He has five years experiences in web applications focusing on enterprise content management systems. During the years in industry, he served as a technical project lead and architect. He specialized in web application framework and also Oracle database administration.
