Problems

• Early Risk management process is delayed.
  • Early risk management discussion is stopped due to insufficient knowledge/confidence in the process
  • Anticipated Software Risk Evaluation process to resolve our lack of knowledge/confidence
• Software Risk Evaluation (SRE) service is dealyed.
  • SRE is ranked lower priority then establishing process
  • SRE is ranked lower priority then business (customer) objective
  • SRE demands high resource input (40+ hours from team)
  • Each Sprint is too short to accommodate all priority tasks to allow time for SRE
