Accomplishments

• First draft of feature list (backlog).
• Updated backlog after each sprint planning session with the customer.
• Completed Problem Definition Proposal.

ToDos

• Start use case analysis.
• Plan for QAW

Problems

• Lack of understanding, initially, of what should be in our Problem Definition Proposal.
• We spent too much time trying to guess what our mentors wanted and going in the wrong direction. We should have spent more time considering how the proposal could be of help to the team, and generating content based that reasoning. Proposals are meant to say what we will do, why we will do it, what artifacts will be generated, and when the artifacts will be complete.
