Reflections: Process Lead

Accomplishments

Luis completed the first draft of the Software Process Specification before the role as Process Lead had been created. No further updates to this first draft have been made to this date.
After a bunch of complete rewrites of the Operations Proposal, a final draft was created, which went through the full review cycle (as specified on Wiki). The review improvements were incorporated by other team members though.

Incorporate Gil and Paolo review comments into Operations Proposal.
Incorporate Roles document into Software Process Specification.
Define roles in the context of team meetings, i.e. Facilitator, Timekeeper, Scribe, Mentors and Others.
Further update and refine Software Process Specification.

Due to the fact that Harry was allocated to development tasks during Sprint 1, the updates to Operations Proposal were made by other team members.
Due to prioritizations, no work was done on the Software Process Specification document.
Team Lead created the first draft of Software Process Specification and based on his experience, it was determined that a role dedicated for working on process related tasks was needed, since Team Lead roles had many other planning tasks to attend.
It was very unclear initially how to write the Operations Proposal. First drafts were inspired by examples distributed by Studio Manager, but they were completely slaughtered by mentors. A lot of time could have been saved if mentors had explained what to include in the Operations Proposal.
