What we did well?

1. At each Scrum meeting we know effort spent, effort estimated, and value earned
2. Initially, effort for unplanned tasks was not tracked. Now, planning is more accurate
3. Wideband delphi is working, but works better for tasks that we understand

What are the problems?

1. Spent more time than planned due to unplanned tasks
2. Needed to adjust task breakdown mechanism
3. Better to have time reporting complete prior to Scrum meetings
4. Need to make more metrics visible, such as workload distribution
5. We have not analyzed the relevancy of performed tasks at the end of sprints
