1. Task identification was helpful for focus
2. Prototyping facilitated learning
3. Fixed tasks for sprints

What are the problems?

1. Distributed team
2. Scrum meetings too long
3. Software process specification incomplete
4. Festoon video size is too small
5. Time to address role responsibilities impacted by project priorities
6. Need definition of meeting roles
7. Need rules for process assessments(Assessments of SPS, but SPS is incomplete)
