ToDos
- Process for sprint planning and review meetings.
- Template for sprint review presentation.
- Process/template for sprint SOW addendum.
Problems
- Lack of preparation for sprint review and planning meetings.
- This comes back to the processes and templates mentioned in the todo section above. We need to know what is required as input to these meetings, and ensure we plan time to prepare.
- Late start for majority of meetings.
- Always ensure handouts printed and ready.
- If meeting is at the SEI, show up at least 10 minutes early for time to sign in, be escorted to meeting room, allow for projector to warm up, and allow for remote team members to call in.
- Double check if meeting room can call long distance phone numbers if Pittsburgh members need to call New York members.
- Customers asked that all meeting preparation material be provided 48 hours before meeting. We have done this, yet they often show up to meetings without having read the material. Perhaps asking a question regarding the content of the material prior to the meeting would help?
