Problems
- Most of meetings are conducted during work hour
- Distant (part-time) member can not commit to extended meeting (1+ hour meeting).
- scheduling conflict cause difficulty in arranging meeting ahead of time.
- Weekend hours is not well used. This is a better time slot to allocate bigger block of quality time. However, only planning meeting is conducted during this period.
- Knowledge flow between distributed team needs improvement.
- Reflection/Personal diary are not used commonly.
- Discussion/Brainstorming meetings are conducted less then once a week.
- Status meeting have a tendency to turn into discussion meeting.
