Mentors' Questions
- The burn-down chart is not very clear for the mentors
- Why we are using scrum?
- Doesn't that scrue require intensive customer involvement?
- How does the distributed attribute fit the scrum?
- What is the transformation all about?
- What is the business driver behind your research oriented project?
- What is our project? Please use a simple sentence to explain your project?
- Not mention what we have done in the proposals.
EOSP Feedback
- It's good every your participated, even if Chung-Hao's participation was limited.
- They wanted more of an elevator story
- They wanted a clear list of what you did compared to what you said you'd do, along with what you're going to do differently now that you've reflected.
Team Reflections on EOSP
- We need to be able to address the question "Why are you using an agile process with a distributed team?"
- We need to be able to address questions regarding risk. What we are doing about risk, how, why, is it working, and how do we know?
- We need to have an elevator speech.
- If we don't know, we should say so and what we are going to do to find out.
- Graphics can be helpful, but they must be planned carefully.
- Presentation should be done prior to dry-runs.
