This project aims to develop a "Non-Intrusive Rationale Capture (NIRC)" software tool to capture, filter, organize, and record rationale that the author of the software artifacts holds but never gets recorded. Key value of the system is its "non-intrusive" but "proactive" characteristic that allows the author to record his rationale without being distracted.
