Topics
  1. Action Items
    • Close the items originating from last Client Meeting
  2. Technical Note Draft 6
    • Give it to our client and wait for feedback from the client.
  3. Source code asking from the French testers
    • Send them the jar file and instructions to install NDBS 2.0 first. After getting feedback from the testers, send them the source code.
    • Installation instructions should be done earlier. Pisey will start to work on it.
    • We can also ask the French testers for their providers to test NDBS 2.0
    • Don't send the test plan and test cases to them
  4. Status of write/delete capability
    • After reading PSM, we found out the PSM includes an extra message handling layer. Therefore, we decided to read and understand certutil instead.
    • Netscape has a JAVA API using JNI for write/delete
    • Delete capability is relatively easy, and we will start to work on it first.
  5. Demo of NDBS 2.0
    • For some databases, keytool would fail.
    • Export the bad certificate (or use DBSniff to dump the certificate), and give it to Scott.
  6. Something Extra about this Project
    • In TN, we can also talk about the lessons learnt from this project
    • Think about the MSE process and hence, give some suggestions to future MSE students
    • Talk more about Unknows, prototype processes in TN
