  • Session to add details about meeting ratings to the Operations proposal
  • Somakala to create a minutes of meeting template and share with team.
  • Team to review minutes of meeting template.
  • Somakala to put minutes on Wiki when review is complete.
  • Session will add deadline for weekly time submission to the Operations Proposal.
  • Team to attend architecture session with Felix. We need to plan time for that.
  • Team to finalize team shirts
  • Team to review SOW and give comments to Allen
  • Team to propose ideas of the prototype and the prototype proposal in week 3.2 and start the implementation in week 3.3.
  • Session to send an update of the plan. He has to get Phprojekt
  • Session missed sending agenda for the status meeting to the mentors. So he owes us doughnuts for the next meeting (16th Nov 06).

Mismatch between roles and responsibilities – Future iterations will take care that such mismatch does not occur.
