Summer 2007 Plan

The following graph represents a simplified version of the plan Team Zen is currently planning to working to, from a component-based perspective.

Description:

• The component names on the left represent all major components that must be built in the system.
• The different colors on the graph simply represent the order of the tasks and the weeks which they will be performed.
• The thick vertical lines on the graph represent major milestones. The thin vertical lines represent minor milestones.

Updated Plan, 7-25-07

• The plan was slightly modified here to show that the engagement setup piece was being reassigned and moved up in the schedule.

Plan History

Updated Plan, 7-18-07

• The plan was slightly modified here to reflect that Server UI testing is an ongoing process instead of a discrete event.

• The only thing changed here was a rescheduling of the first delivery (based on customer needs).
